On Tuesday, September 19th, we anticipate your ECFiber internet and telephone service will be down during the overnight hours (Monday night into Tuesday morning) between 1 AM and 5 AM. While some customers will experience brief outages, others may experience longer outages. In some instances, customers will experience outages for the duration of the scheduled work.
If your service is not working the next day, please unplug your equipment from power (wait 10-15 seconds) and plug it back in to reboot your system before calling ECFiber support.
