A system update is planned for the OVERNIGHT hours Monday night into Tuesday morning (between 1 AM and 5 AM on May 21st). We anticipate that your service may go down multiple times during the maintenance window, for less than 30 minutes at a time
If your service is not working the next day, please unplug your equipment from power (wait 10-15 seconds) and plug it back in to reboot your system before calling ECFiber support.
