A system update is planned for the OVERNIGHT hours next week, Tuesday night into Wednesday morning (between 1 AM and 4 AM on March 12th), and we anticipate up to two 30-minute service outages within the time window.
If your service is not working the next day, please unplug your equipment from power (wait 10-15 seconds) and plug it back in to reboot your system before calling ECFiber support.
