The State of Vermont is giving free drinking
water test kits to people with private wells and
springs that were impacted by flooding. Call
the Vermont Department of Health Laboratory at
802-338-4724 to order free test kits.
You may also pick up a kit at your Local Health
Office or at a flood resource center (also known
as a MARC).
*Kit includes a bacteria and a nitrate/nitrite test.
Water testing is time sensitive and samples
must be taken the same day you return them.
